Other mall owners are also feeling good about their financial prospects as they find new tenants, many with an e-tail pedigree, to fill space left by bankrupt or struggling retailers.

Waffle House workers in Conyers, Georgia, are now on their third day of striking over what they call the company’s unfair policies.
