Schwan’s Co. is investing in Tru Shrimp Co. as the two businesses work together to expand indoor shrimp farming in Minnesota. Tru Shimp operates a shrimp hatchery and other facilities in the state. Schwan’s will provide processing and packaging once shrimp are ready for market.
