Sony agrees to acquire Bungie

Sony Interactive Entertainment has reached an agreement on a $3.6 billon deal that would make it the owner of Bungie, the maker of the popular Destiny 2 video game. The deal follows Microsoft’s announced acquisition of Activision Blizzard and Take Two Interactive’s planned purchase of Zynga.
