Staff changes hurting morale at Lowe’s stores

Six current and former employees at Lowe’s said that the elimination of in-store roles, including store HR manager, assembly associates and maintenance workers, as well as other changes have badly hurt morale on the DIY chain’s front line. Lowe’s did not respond to the report of the elimination of roles.
