Starbucks confirms Roastery coming to Chicago’s Magnificent Mile

Howard Schultz, executive chairman of Starbucks, said the company plans to open a four-level Reserve Roastery to a building that currently houses a Crate & Barrel store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The concept, which demonstrates to customers how rare, small-batch coffee beans are roasted and brewed, will open in 2019.
