Starbucks expands parental leave to attract and keep employees
Chicago Business Journal 01/20/2017The coffee giant is offering up to 18 weeks fully paid and 12 weeks of unpaid time off as part of its parental leave benefits. Employees who work at least 20 hours a week for the company are eligible for parental leave.
