The union representing Kellogg workers has ratified a deal, ending a high-profile, nearly three-month long strike at plants in Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. In recent weeks, the cereal manufacturer drew the ire of President Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders when management threatened to replace striking workers with non-union employees. Among the concessions from management that sealed the deal was giving up a contentious two-tier benefits system.
