Supreme Court sides with Samsung in Apple patent case

The U.S. Supreme Court voted unanimously that damages that Apple receives from Samsung for patent infringements must be based on the part where the intellectual theft took place and not the entire device. The ruling overturns existing law that states that damages are based on the entire product.
