Sweetgreen’s new 3.0 store concept in New York City lets customers who have not placed orders with their phones to give them to ambassadors carrying tablets. Customers can shop from Sweetgreen merchandise available in the locations while waiting to pick up their orders placed on alphabetized shelves. Sweetgreen operates 103 locations including the new store in New York.
