Taiwan faces t-paper shortage

Consumers in Taiwan are getting nervous as store shelves reserved for toilet paper are increasingly empty. Manufacturers notified retailers last week that prices on toilet paper would increase between 10 percent and 30 percent as a result of rising global pulp prices.
