Target has lost a fight over logo rights after the United Kingdom’s Intellectual Property Office ruled that MusicChoice (a digital music provider) has exclusive rights to the bulls-eye symbol in the U.K.

Waffle House workers in Conyers, Georgia, are now on their third day of striking over what they call the company’s unfair policies.
