Target ramps up remodels, small store launches

Target has said that it will remodel 1,000 stores by 2020. The retailer previously announced plans to remodel 600 units by 2019. Target has also increased its count of small stores to 55 with 11 new openings this week. It plans to 130 operating across the country by 2019.
