Target has issued a recall of 4.9 million Threshold candles after receiving 137 reports of the glass jars cracking and breaking, which led to six injuries, including cuts and burns. “Target is committed to providing high quality and safe products to our guests,” said company spokesperson Joe Unger. Target is offering a full refund on all the returned candles.
