Tiffany seeks to regain its coolness factor

Tiffany has seen sales decline in recent years as a greater percentage of its sales have shifted to entry-level and mid-tier price points from more expensive jewelry. The chain, which parted ways with CEO Frederic Cumenal earlier this year, is in the process of trying to reclaiming its historical image, most associated with Audrey Hepburn, with a campaign featuring Lady Gaga.
