Tim Hortons faces a franchisee revolt

Disgruntled franchisees in Canada formed the Great White North Franchisee Association (GWNFA) to provide an organized response to what many of its members believe is “mismanagement” of Tim Hortons’ operations. The GWFNA announced that a division representing U.S. franchisees has now been established.
