ThreeSixty Group, a distributor of children’s toys and other products to 70,000 retailers across the country, has acquired the FAO Schwarz brand from Toys “R” Us. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ThreeSixty owns a variety of brands including Animal Planet, Black Series, Blue Hat Toy Company, Discovery Kids, Sharper Image and Smithsonian.
