Up to one in four malls to close over next five years

Between 20 percent and 25 percent of the shopping malls in the U.S. will close over the next five years if a new report by Credit Suisse proves correct. The investment firm expects the malls to close as more retails sales shift online. Credit Suisse expects e-commerce to make up 35 percent of all sales by 2030, up from 17 percent today.
