Urban farm looks to put down roots in Milwaukee

Planet2Plate has filed an application to develop an urban farm in the city of Milwaukee. The company’s plan for a building in the city housing a commercial farm includes a food processing area, sit-down restaurant, retail store and an assembly hall. It is also looking to develop a lot to build a new greenhouse to grow plants.
