Customers using the service can create personal profiles on the chain’s website by uploading photos of their skin conditions. Customers receive answers to their questions often within 24 hours. Board-certified dermatologists will offer diagnoses, write prescriptions and offer recommendations for over-the-counter products for those participating in the program.
