Walmart guarantees pay for workers on military assignment

Walmart announced a new pay policy for full- and part-time employees who leave the company for military service. The new policy pledges that Walmart will make up any difference should the employee’s military salary be less than what they were being paid by the retailer. The policy covers workers who are on military assignment for any period between three days and five years.
