Americans are expected to spend more than $75.3 billion on their pets this year. Walmart, which is among the biggest sellers of pet products in the U.S., is looking to expand on its strengths by launching an online pet pharmacy and opening roughly 80 veterinary clinics in its stores within the next year. It currently has 21 vet clinics in stores.
