Walmart: Low Generic Rx Prices and Higher Brand Prices

A new pricing study presented at the annual meeting of the American Diabetes Association found that Walmart had raised prices on top brand name drugs for treating diabetes by 113 percent between 2008 ad 2010. The chain cut the price of generic drugs by 58 percent during the same period.
