Walmart ready to take on Amazon in grocery both online and off

Walmart is prepared for Amazon as the latter pushes its grocery efforts online and moves closer to acquiring Whole Foods. The world’s largest retailer continues to focus on improving its in-store execution, particularly around fresh foods and expanding its click and collect programs. Walmart is also testing home delivery in about 900 stores.
