Wayfair to use pop-ups to learn about its customers

The online furniture retailer, Wayfair, announced last week that it would open two pop-up stores at a mall in Massachusetts and another in New Jersey. The e-tailer, which has no plans to build permanent stores, is looking to use the pop-up locations to gain further insights into its consumers, reinforce the brand and drive sales traffic to its online site.
