Williams-Sonoma CEO says store traffic ‘is coming back’

Online sales jumped 45 percent for Williams-Sonoma in the last fiscal year, helping the retailer to overcome a drop of 24 percent in store traffic. CEO Laura Alber said that continued growth will come online but that “store traffic’s coming back” and “not many people realize the upside we have in retail.”
