World’s largest seller of Christian merchandise to close

Family Christian, which operates 240 stores in 36 states and bills itself as the largest retailer of Christian-themed products in the world, is closing after 85 years of doing business. The company, which filed for bankruptcy protection in 2015, was forced to close due to a continuing decline in sales.
