Cheez-It Cheez-In Diner Pops Up in Woodstock for One Week

May 21, 2024

This summer, Cheez-It fans have a new reason to hit the road to the Catskills in New York. Following last summer’s buzz around the Cheez-It Stop at Joshua Tree National Park, the brand has announced its latest limited-time attraction: the Cheez-In Diner. Situated in Woodstock, this pop-up diner promises an all-encompassing Cheez-It experience from May 20 to May 26, 2024.

Nestled in the charming town of Woodstock, a two-hour drive from New York City, the Cheez-In Diner offers a nostalgic, immersive roadside dining experience. Open for one week only, this unique diner serves up a menu where every dish features the iconic Cheez-It crackers.

The limited menu includes:

  • The Extra Cheezburger: A juicy burger topped with pimento cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a signature Extra Big Cheez-It cracker, reminiscent of the limited-run Taco Bell Big Cheez-It.
  • The Big Grilled Cheez: A grilled cheese sandwich with a Cheez-It crust for an extra crunch.
  • Cheezy Chicky Tendies: Chicken tenders coated in Cheez-It crumbs, with optional spicy seasoning and sides of hot honey or Hidden Valley Cheezy Ranch.
  • Baked White Cheddar Mac & Cheez-It: Creamy macaroni and cheese topped with a crunchy Cheez-It crumble.
  • Cheez-It Fries: Available in Original, White Cheddar, or Hot & Spicy, with an option to add melted pimento cheese sauce.
  • Cheez-It Biscu-it: Flaky biscuits bursting with Cheez-It flavor, served with honey butter.

No diner experience is complete without desserts, and the Cheez-In Diner doesn’t disappoint. For those craving a sweet and salty combination, the Sweet-N-Salty Cheezcake offers a Cheez-It cracker crust, caramel drizzle, and Extra Big Cheez-It toppings. The Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake features whipped cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, and a caramel-and-cheese-cracker rim topped over a vanilla base blended with Cheez-Its. The cherry-on-top is a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It.

Visitors can also enjoy a variety of interactive elements. A Cheez-It Jukebox adds to the retro ambiance and accepts crackers instead of coins. Additionally, the diner offers an array of groovy-inspired merchandise, including T-shirts, trucker hats, diner coffee mugs, and plenty of collectibles like stickers and postcards. There’s also a Cheez-It Taste-It Station where guests can create their own blends of hard-to-find Cheez-It flavors at no extra cost.

The Cheez-In Diner is located at 261 Tinker St. in Woodstock and will operate from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with extended hours until midnight from Friday to Sunday. This limited-time pop-up is the perfect summer road trip destination, especially for those looking to indulge in a unique, cheesy dining adventure.
