3M Sues Shoplet.com for Deceptive Use of Post-it Search Keywords

A suit from 3M filed in Minnesota court accuses Ellison Systems Inc., owner of the NY-based online retailer, Shoplet.com, of deceptive practices by luring shoppers searching for 3M's trademarked Post-it notes and then offering competing brands.
