McD’s maintains former CEO withheld evidence of bad behavior

McDonald’s Corp. has pushed back on a motion by former CEO Steve Easterbrook that a lawsuit it has filed against him be dismissed. The company maintains that Mr. Easterbrook misled its board about inappropriate sexual relationships with employees and deleted evidence of his activity while negotiating a severance package with him.
