Workers don’t think they are being paid enough

It’s a job seeker’s market with wages going up and companies adding more generous benefits. Most of those currently employed, however, are not overwhelmed with their pay packages that they say are at or below market rates, according to a PayScale report. Fifty-one percent of all workers believe they are underpaid, even if their wages are in line with the market.
