Pay gap closes for younger women in some metro areas

Younger women are paid as much or more than their male counterparts in 22 metropolitan areas around the U.S., according to a Pew Research Center analysis of Census Bureau data. Nationwide, however, women 30 and younger earns 93 cents for every dollar made by men in the same age bracket.
