Elon Musk’s bid to acquire Twitter is stalled as he insists that the social media service needs to provide an accurate assessment of bot, fake and spam accounts. Mr. Musk reached a deal to acquire Twitter for $54.20 per share in April but the closing is being held up as he seeks clarity on issues of concern.
