There are more warehouses in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets than anywhere else in the U.S. Due to a slowdown in consumer purchasing and an increase in goods being unloaded at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, available space is quickly dwindling for warehoused goods in these locations.
