Amazon and eBay on list of companies expected to pay corporate minimum tax

Large businesses, which have been able to avoid paying federal taxes in the past based on deductions, won’t have the option going forward following the passage last month of the 15 percent corporate minimum tax. Amazon.com, Berkshire Hathaway and eBay are on a short list of companies expected to be affected by the change in tax law.
