REI gives employees Black Friday off forever with pay

REI has closed on Black Friday for seven consecutive years. There won’t be any reason to keep count after 2022. The outdoors product retailer said that it will close every year on the day following Thanksgiving. The day is a corporate paid day off for REI employees.
