Best Buy today announced the launch of its new suite of membership options, My Best Buy Memberships. The new program offers three tiers of membership, each with its own set of benefits.
The free My Best Buy membership includes basic benefits such as free shipping with no minimum purchase. The My Best Buy Plus membership costs $49.99 per year and includes additional benefits such as exclusive member-only prices, exclusive access to sales and events, and free 2-day shipping with no minimum purchase. The My Best Buy Total membership costs $179.99 per year and includes everything in the My Best Buy Plus membership plus Geek Squad 24/7 tech support and up to two years of product protection on most new Best Buy purchases.
Best Buy is also offering a number of member-only deals during its annual July Fourth Sale, which kicks off on June 30. Some of the deals available to My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members include $250 off an HP Victus i5 gaming laptop, $100 off select models of the iPad Air (5th Generation), and $700 off an LG OLED 48A2PUA.
