Buffalo Wild Wings Debuts All-You-Can-Eat Boneless Wings and Fries Deal
May 22, 2024
Buffalo Wild Wings has debuted an all-you-can-eat boneless wings and fries deal, and it’s asking customers, “Pls don’t bankrupt us.”
The company’s deal for its popular foods will cost $19.99 for a limited time. The promotion started on May 13 and will last through Wednesday, July 10.
The company announced the promotion on its Instagram page. The eatery revealed that the new promotion takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays and is dine-in only. The promotion is not available to go.
The fine print at the bottom added this promotion is available only at participating locations. Taxes and fees, including service, are extra.
The limit is one order per person. Per its posting, leftovers cannot be taken home, and sharing the meal voids the offer.
The company’s “pls don’t bankrupt us” comment on its Instagram announcement appears to be a tongue-in-cheek reference to the issues Red Lobster has had with its endless shrimp promotion. Red Lobster filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier this week after the abrupt closure of dozens of restaurants across the country.
The restaurant faced financial difficulties due to the compounded effects of COVID-19 and inflation, which led to rising food and labor costs. Additionally, the high customer demand for the endless shrimp promotion exceeded what the chain could afford, further contributing to its losses.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ all-you-can-eat deal follows other eateries’ attempts to use promotions to entice patrons. McDonald’s will launch a $5 value meal in the U.S. starting June 25.
Additionally, customers can now get a breakfast combination deal from Wendy’s for only $3, according to a press release from the chain. The meal combo includes a small portion of seasoned potatoes and a choice of either a bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin or a sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin.
