Peet’s Coffee Unveils All-New Fall Menu With More Than Just Pumpkin Spice
August 21, 2024
Peet’s Coffee is getting into the fall mood with the unveiling of its new menu. The “anti-Starbucks” features a menu that includes a lot more than just pumpkin spice, and it is available beginning Wednesday, Aug. 21.
In a press release shared with RetailWire, it was revealed that the new menu includes Fiery Mocha, which is a combination of warming spices and rich chocolate, resulting in a distinctly decadent treat that’s ideal for cold days. You can have this seasonal treat hot or cold.
Other drinks on the menu include:
- Spiced Maple Cold Brew Oat Latte: Perfect for enjoying the season, this warm blend of maple and cinnamon adds a delicious sweetness and spice to your coffee.
- Pumpkin Latte: A blend of rich pumpkin pie flavors and steamed milk, enhanced with a dash of baking spices, this latte is made with Peet’s Espresso Forte. This must-have fall treat can be hot or cold and made into a plant-based beverage by adding non-dairy milk.
“After a record-breaking hot summer, fall is finally knocking at our door, and it’s time to turn up the flavor,” said Jessica Buttimer, SVP of brand & DTC at Peet’s Coffee, in a statement furnished in the press release. “We’re introducing daring new flavors like Fiery Mocha and Spiced Maple Cold Brew and bringing back our beloved Pumpkin Latte. They say, ‘variety is the spice of life’ and we’ve got something for everyone to sip on our menu this fall.”
During launch weekend, from Aug. 24 to Aug. 25, grab a friend and enjoy a BOGO 50% discount on the three featured fall menu drinks to liven up your afternoon. At Peet’s participating coffee shops, buy one of any size and get another for 50% off, of equal or lesser value, hot or iced.
Peet’s Coffee Also Launches a Plant-Based Alternative
In addition, with the launch of the new Ripple Plant-Based Barista Milk, Peet’s Coffee and Ripple Foods, a pioneer in dairy-free milk substitutes, will uplift coffee drinks across the country. This new option gives Peetniks a dairy-free coffee beverage without compromising on flavor or barista experience. With its rich, creamy, and enticing mouthfeel, Ripple Barista Milk is the ideal complement to any iconic Peet’s hot or cold beverage.
“We are excited to partner with Peet’s, a company renowned for its dedication to quality,” said Laura Flanagan, CEO of Ripple Foods, in a statement provided in the press release. “At Ripple, we share this commitment and are proud to bring our delicious, plant-based barista milk to Peetniks across the country. This collaboration underscores our mutual goal of providing exceptional, high-quality dairy-free options, while also supporting a more sustainable future.”
The fall beverage lineup is enhanced with the beloved Chicken & Waffles Sandwich. Tender, spicy chicken sausage, bacon, and a sweet spread are sandwiched between two maple waffles and topped with toasted gouda for this special seasonal offering. The Chicken & Waffles Sandwich is offered at select Peet’s restaurants around the U.S.
The Vine & Walnut blend is also returning after a long absence. This medium roast coffee, with its overtones of toasty spice, ripe fruit, and fall abundance, is sure to make you feel cozy and be the ideal partner for chilly fall mornings.
