Amazon Prime Announces Big Deal Days Promising Huge Savings

Amazon Prime has announced its Big Deal Days in October. This promotion gives customers two days to shop and score big savings before the busy holiday season begins.

The event begins Oct. 8 and lasts through Oct. 9. Prime Big Deal Days is a 48-hour sales event that offers Prime members exclusive access to exciting deals across top categories, including electronics, fashion, home, kitchen, toys, and Amazon Devices.

Customers must be Prime members to access the discounts during Prime Big Deal Days 2024. New deals will drop as often as every five minutes during select periods throughout the event, so there will be no shortage of opportunities for huge savings.

The best part is that some deals are already accessible if you are a Prime member. Select deals available now include electronics, groceries, travel, and more. There are also early savings deals on Amazon devices, unique small business items, and markdowns on Amazon Music Unlimited.

According to a company press release, “Prime members can expect exciting deals on toys from popular brands like Barbie, Squishmallows, Play-Doh, and Disney; deals on beauty and fashion brands like Clinique, Too Faced, Florence by Mills, Cider, and Aéropostale; and savings on hosting essentials and home décor from premium brands like NEST New York, Lenox, and Lodge — just to name a few.”

A Prime membership costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year if you pay annually. Additionally, Amazon offers discounted membership options at 50% of the cost with the same great benefits as a normal membership. Young adults ages 18 to 24 and college students can try Prime for Young Adults for only $7.49 per month or $69 per year. Qualifying government assistance recipients can also try Prime Access for 30 days, then they just pay $6.99 per month.

Prime Big Deal Days 2024 will occur in 19 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and the United States.
