White Castle Upgrades Craver Nation Rewards. Here’s What’s Changing
September 23, 2024
White Castle has updated its Craver Nation rewards program. The company, known for its square hamburgers, has added some new elements to enhance customers’ experiences at the over 100-year-old restaurant.
Per a press release, new customers who download the official White Castle app are rewarded with $5 off their first mobile order, while returning members will receive 20% off their first mobile order with the revamped loyalty program. The new rewards then have three distinct levels.
Cravers start as Adventurers, earning points through purchases or completing quests. A new set of quests awaits if they reach the 300-point mark and rise to Champion status. But, for the company’s most dedicated cravers, amassing 600 points propels them to Legend status with exclusive access to top-tier quests.
Craver Nation rewards members can complete predetermined tasks created for cravers. For example, a quest may require a craver to visit a participating White Castle during late night hours, try a new menu item, or complete a survey. Completing a quest may result in earning points, a reward, a badge, or other fun perks. White Castle Craver Nation’s rewards, points, and badges are different, depending on the quest.
How Does White Castle Craver Nation Work?
For every $1 spent on menu items, White Castle Craver Nation users earn 5 points, which are automatically applied to in-app purchases. Points may be earned in fractional dollar amounts depending on the value of your qualifying purchase. For example, a $1.20 qualifying purchase will result in 6 points, and a $1.80 qualifying purchase will result in 9 points.
At restaurants, customers can scan the barcode in their app to earn rewards on at-Castle purchases. White Castle Craver Nation customers can earn rewards like $3, $5, or $8 off their mobile order, free sides, a 20% coupon, and BOGO deals when available. All points expire one year from the calendar date of sign-up.
Today, White Castle owns and operates more than 360 restaurants dedicated to satisfying customers’ cravings in the morning, noon, and night. It also sells its famous fare in retail stores nationwide.
