Pizza Hut Introduces the ‘Personal Pan Pizza Hut’ Restaurant Concept

Pizza Hut is upping its personal pan pizza game by introducing a restaurant concept around the popular treat.
In a press release, it was revealed that in honor of National Pizza Month, the popular pizza chain introduced the “Personal Pan Pizza Hut.” The new experimental concept, which draws inspiration from its famous Personal Pan Pizza — a 6-inch pizza for one — was made just for those who enjoy pizza and want experiences that are tailored to their preferences.
Serving only the Personal Pan Pizza, customers can have a customized experience by selecting from the exciting new topping lineup that the well-liked business unveiled earlier this summer. The brand’s largest toppings overhaul in more than 10 years includes options including Pesto Swirl, Spicy Sauce, Chicken Sausage, Fresh Diced Garlic, and Caramelized Onion, giving each Personal Pan Pizza a distinct flavor.
Personalized dining experiences are given a new and fresh touch by the Personal Pan Pizza Hut. Guests may now take center stage in their own personal (pan) pizza adventure, all while paying homage to the brand’s beloved designs, color schemes, and décor. Every customer who books a reservation will be able to create a personalized Pan Pizza by selecting from the daring new toppings and sauces that are currently offered at select restaurants.
This new restaurant concept will be open for two days only in New York City, from Oct. 22 between 3 and 5 p.m. ET to Oct. 23 between 12 and 7 p.m. ET. Interested customers can reserve a spot online starting at noon on Oct. 17.
Per the press release, “Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis; a waitlist will also be available in person. This is the first and smallest reservation-only, dine-in, personalized restaurant experience Pizza Hut has explored designing as they aim to inspire a love for both our newest toppings and one of our most beloved, iconic pizza menu offerings.”
Pizza Hut Leans Into the Classics
The “Personal Pan Pizza Hut” isn’t the only way that the popular pizza chain is leaning into the classics. Earlier this month, Pizza Hut announced that it was bringing back its popular BOOK IT! promotion, giving away 1 million personal pan pizzas during what’s also known as National Book Month.
Since the inception of the BOOK IT! initiative in 1984, millions of kids have been motivated to read. Now, with a special offer of a free Personal Pan Pizza (with an $8 minimum purchase) for anyone who embraces a passion for reading, readers of all ages are welcome to join the celebration.
Until Oct. 30, or until 1 million Personal Pan Pizzas have been claimed, customers can redeem the deal by using the code “BOOKIT40” during the checkout process on the app or online.
