Wendy’s Drops Price on Its Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Wendy’s has dropped the price of its Spicy Chicken Sandwich just in time for the busiest season of the year. It’s a quick, tasty, and inexpensive meal, perfect for times when you’re just too busy to cook.

Wendy’s fans can find an exclusive offer to purchase a $3.99 Spicy Chicken Sandwich in the fast-food chain’s app. Every day through Dec. 29, fans can open the Wendy’s app and use the offer to claim the sandwich for just $3.99.

A company press release states, “Holiday gatherings can feel spicy, but Wendy’s is helping fans never show up on an empty stomach (or an empty wallet!) Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich for only $3.99 arrived just in time to help add the right amount of heat and flavor ahead of any holiday gathering.”

The sandwich made its initial debut in 1995. It features a marinated chicken breast that’s breaded in a blend of peppers and spices. The sandwich is topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a soft bun.

Wendy’s App Is the Place To Go for Savings

Wendy’s app provides its users with a lot of value. From meal deals to the convenience of ordering ahead, Wendy’s customers can save a lot and get even more when utilizing this tool.

The app is currently running several promotions alongside the discounted price of Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich. First, there’s a college football challenge, where users must make two digital orders of $10 by Dec. 14 and they can get a free Dave’s Single in the app.

There are also offers for $1 fries, $2 off a premium combo, a BOGO Baconator, and $3 off any purchase of $15 or more. App users earn 10 points for every dollar spent, and these can be redeemed at the rewards store for free Wendy’s food.

These offers are only available at participating U.S. Wendy’s for a limited time, and they must be redeemed in the Wendy’s App.
