White Castle Offers Freebies for Those Who Come Dressed in a Holiday Costume

In the spirit of giving, White Castle will give cravers the best gift of all this holiday season, freebies to customers who come dressed in a cheerful holiday costume before placing their in-person order.

Between Dec. 21 and 24, 2024, White Castle will offer a free coffee or soft drink to those who wear a Santa hat to their local eatery. For customers who want to be even more festive, such as wearing an entire Santa costume or other themed outfit, White Castle will offer them three free Original Sliders, according to a press release.

However, the free offer is only available once a day per customer, so customers who want to take advantage of the offer cannot return in a different outfit to try and get more free food — that’s more of a Grinch move than a cheerful holiday attitude.

“Tis the season to provide cheer, goodwill and memorable moments to all, and White Castle believes it’s always better to give than to receive,” said Vice President Jamie Richardson. “Santa’s helpers have enough on their plates this season, so we want to put something on their plates that will provide sustenance to nourish them for the full day’s work that’s just around the corner.”

As Christmas Eve approaches, why not leave Santa Claus some sliders instead of milk and cookies? It’s easy to do.

Just download the fast-food restaurant’s app and enroll in Craver Nation. Then, customers can purchase $5 Crave and Save meal deals, which have been extended through Dec. 31.

These meal deals offer customers a choice of two Cheese Sliders or two Chicken Ring Sliders, plus a three-piece Chicken Ring, small fry, and small soft drink for only $5 plus tax, exclusively through Craver Nation Rewards in the White Castle app. Santa’s going to be eating plenty of cookies on Christmas Eve, so surprising him with a hot meal may score you even more goodies under the tree.

In addition to these special holiday deals, White Castle is dropping discounts and specials throughout the winter. Richardson explained, “2025 brings a new year of savings and cravings at White Castle, with quality food at a great value. Eating meals should be all about creating memories, not stress. The winter deals and offers are designed to both deliver value and generate memorable moments around the breakfast, lunch and dinner tables.”

The special offers, which are available with coupons on White Castle’s social media and website, include deals on everything from crave cases to free desserts. There are also offers for Craver Nation Rewards Members available through the White Castle app.

On Dec. 21, known as “the longest night of the year,” customers can enjoy a BOGO-free individual combo meal. The same promotion runs on Dec. 28. On Dec. 26, there’s a coupon available in the app for $5 off a Crave Case by using the code CRAVE. National Cheese Lovers Day will earn White Castle app users $1 off any size of Cheese Sticks on Jan. 20, 2025. On Groundhog Day, Feb. 2, using the app will get cravers a BOGO-free nibbler.

To honor Mardi Gras on Mar. 4, White Castle fans can score a free dessert on a stick, using the code TREATME. From Mar. 7-10, to celebrate White Castle’s birthday, customers can get a $25 gift card for just $19.21. Finally, from Mar. 14-17, for St. Patrick’s Day, use the code 10SACK, to get $2 off any 10 Sacks of Sliders.
