Disney World Reveals Free Food Plans for 2025

Walt Disney World is using an old trick to get people to visit its Florida theme park: free food. Guests can opt for a free dining plan when purchasing select 2025 vacation packages.

Guests must stay at least three nights and three days in a Disney Resort hotel and purchase a theme park ticket to qualify for a free food plan. Available package dates are between May 27 and June 26 as well as July 7 through Aug. 6. The Disney World promotion starts Jan. 2 and is being offered until Feb. 10.

“We provide a wide variety of ticket, dining and hotel options and promotional offers during the year to help families save on their vacations,” the Disney Parks Blog shared. “In particular, we’ve heard from so many of you who have enjoyed special offers featuring our dining plans in past years, and by popular demand, we’re introducing our latest deal to help you save and enjoy your favorite Disney eats on future 2025 vacations!”

While free food is great, choosing a dining plan does exclude visitors from using other promotions, like reduced room rates or discounted tickets. Also, the food plans cannot be added to Disney annual passes or used in conjunction with Disney Vacation Club points.

Disney World Free Food Offer

There are essentially two options for the Disney World free food offer. The first is Quick Service Dining, which gives each guest two fast meals and one snack or nonalcoholic drink per day of the stay. The second choice, aptly named the Dining Plan, includes one quick-service meal, a table-service meal, and one snack or nonalcoholic drink. It should be noted that the meal options depend on what hotel you are staying at.

The free food options can be used by guests 3 years old and over. Over 200 restaurants across Disney World take part in the free dining program.

“Dining plans are great for those who want to enter vacation mode with less worries and make the most of their trip,” Disney wrote.

Typically, Disney offers free food plans along with its travel packages every year, but it is never guaranteed. Despite some criticism over one cake shop charging extreme prices in October, the entertainment giant remains confident free food will continue to bring people to Disney World. So, once again, it appears Disney World’s free dining plan options are back for 2025.
