In-N-Out Burger’s ‘Secret Menu’ Chatter Begins Anew Thanks to Hailey Beiber’s Caviar-Topped Burger

January 4, 2025

In-N-Out Burger has long been rumored to have a so-called “secret menu,” but the chatter began anew when Hailey Bieber posted about her caviar-slathered burger on New Year’s Eve.

PEOPLE is reporting that the model and wife of pop star Justin Bieber kicked off the conversation with an Instagram post to ring in the New Year on Jan. 1. In the post, Hailey wore a stylish fur coat with a cheetah print and had slicked-back hair, displaying jewelry-studded ears. In one picture, she gave the camera a thumbs-up while pairing the coat with a martini and a paper In-N-Out Burger hat.

Hailey also posted a picture of her burger, which looked to have caviar on top, adding a luxurious touch to the traditional fast-food dish.

One fan commented on the Instagram post, “Caviar on the secret menu?!” while another wrote, “Caviar on In-N-Out is so slay.”

In-N-Out Burger’s Secret Menu Revealed

The popular fast-food chain’s so-called secret menu hasn’t exactly been a secret for some time. The heiress owner, Lynsi Snyder, first confirmed its existence.

Snyder, the owner and granddaughter of In-N-Out Burger’s founders, revealed some fascinating details in her book, such as the history of the now-familiar menu items. Snyder disclosed that a group of youngsters who frequently visited the chain’s parking lots were the ones who came up with the idea for the Animal-Style burger. What has become a cult favorite was inspired by their preference for ordering burgers with grilled onions, extra pickles, trademark sauce, and a patty grilled with mustard.

Some off-menu treats are still waiting for those who know, even if some of the goods are featured on the business’s website. For example, even though “Sport Peppers” (pepperoncini) are not on the menu, they can be stuffed inside your patties. The “Flying Dutchman,” a bun-less dish made with two patties and two cheese slices, is an option for anyone watching their carb intake.

You can request “Light Fries,” which are fried for only two minutes, or “Well Done” if you like your fries crispier. “Lemon Fries” with a squeeze of lemon juice are another option. The not-so-secret orders include “Animal Fries,” “Grilled Cheese,” “Roadkill Fries,” which are topped with crumbled hamburger meat, and the simple “Scooby Snack,” which is simply a wrapped-up patty.
