Sonic Drive-In’s New Sauces: The Ultimate Flavor Boost

Sonic has unveiled a new lineup of sauces designed to take its fast-food offerings to the next level. With the introduction of two bold new dippers, the company promises “the ultimate flavor boost” to its customers.

According to a press release, starting Mar. 31, Sonic will add two exciting dipping sauces to its menu. These new flavors feature unique textures and taste combinations, elevating the dipping experience.

The two new sauces include:

• Jalapeño Ranch: A fiery remix of a fan-favorite classic, this sauce blends cool, creamy ranch with a zesty kick of green jalapeños, creating a bold and spicy flavor profile.
• Asian-Style Sweet Chili: Sweet, spicy, and irresistibly bold, this sauce strikes the perfect balance of heat and sweetness, featuring notes of soy sauce, sesame, garlic, and ginger.

In addition to these new flavors, Sonic has also enhanced several of its classic dipping sauces, giving ranch, honey mustard, and BBQ sauce an extra punch of boldness.

“Our guests love customization, and the new Jalapeño Ranch and Asian-Style Sweet Chili dipping sauces let them try different flavor combinations to suit their style,” said Mackenzie Gibson, VP of Culinary & Menu Innovation at Sonic. “Whether adding a kick to our beloved Tots by dipping them in Jalapeño Ranch or pairing our Premium Chicken Bites with Asian-Style Sweet Chili sauce for a sweet finish, fans now have even more ways to personalize and enjoy their favorite Sonic meals with our extended sauce lineup.”

Sonic has introduced the new FUN.99 Menu, offering even more savings to its loyal customers. This updated menu enhances value without compromising on taste. A fresh take on the chain’s previous $1.99 menu, the FUN.99 Menu features two crave-worthy Jr. Chicken Sandwiches:

• Original Jr. Chicken Sandwich: A crispy chicken fillet topped with shredded lettuce and creamy mayo on a warm bun.
• Honey Chipotle Jr. Chicken Sandwich: A flavorful twist featuring crispy chicken, zesty chipotle aioli, shredded lettuce, and fresh tomato.

In addition, Sonic’s refreshed $1.99 menu includes:

• Queso Wraps, available in Bacon Ranch and Southwest Crunch.
• French Toast Sticks
• Small Groovy Fries
• Small Floats, including Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper, Barq’s Root Beer, and Fanta.
