Finally back in stores is the chain’s Carrot Mini Sheet Cake. Trader Joe’s mini sheet cakes look exactly like a miniature version of a regular sheet cake and are perfect for one or two people to enjoy a sweet treat without being overwhelmed to finish an entire full-sized cake.

Trader Joe’s website shared a mouthwatering description of the dessert: “Shredded carrots and warm spices are baked together in a sweet and nutty base. The difference between Trader Joe’s Carrot Cake and other retailers is that this particular decadent dessert contains no raisins. It also doesn’t have chunks of walnuts, but rather, Walnut Meal is mixed into the batter.

Therefore, if someone you love has a walnut or tree nut allergy, this cake isn’t for them. However, if you have no dietary restrictions, the sweet and moist cake topped with a thick cream cheese icing may just be your cup of tea, or coffee, depending on the beverage you like to pair your sweets with.
