In-N-Out Burger Is Opening 7 New Locations in 4 States

May 3, 2025

In-N-Out Burger has announced the opening of seven new locations in four states, continuing its nationwide expansion.

According to USA Today, the popular fast-food chain has recently opened in Colorado, Texas, and Idaho, extending its reach beyond its California roots. Three additional states will soon see new locations as well, along with four new locations in the company’s home state.

The seven new locations are:

  • Surprise, Arizona: 16440 W. Cactus Road
  • Indio, California: 82177 Ave. 42
  • Modesto, California: 3401 Oakdale Rd.
  • Monrovia, California: 560 W. Huntington Dr.
  • Sylmar, California: 13864 Foothill Blvd.
  • Brighton, Colorado: 3860 Eagle Blvd.
  • Ridgefield, Washington: 5801 Pioneer Canyon Dr.

Furthermore, In-N-Out Burger announced in February that it was closing its Irvine, California, office location and relocating its employees to Baldwin Park, a city in the Los Angeles area, 1 mile from the original location that Harry and Esther Snyder opened.

Additionally, the business plans to expand into the Nashville region after its heiress owner, Lynsi Snyder, “fell in love” with Tennessee.

In-N-Out Burger Hosted a Pop-Up Shop in Dubai

Even with its recent East Coast expansion plans, Double Doubles and Animal Fries still lack a central location in some places. But thanks to a pop-up shop promotion, Dubai recently earned its own space for a single day.

In-N-Out Burger made a one-day trip to Dubai on April 16, 2025. Fans were able to enjoy the well-liked fast-food option at Switch Bowling in the India Court of Ibn Battuta Mall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This pop-up event was part of the mall’s 20th anniversary celebration, which added a happy vibe to the occasion.

In-N-Out, which has a loyal following and a cult status among fast-foodies, was last seen at a similar pop-up in Dubai in 2021. The excitement surrounding this event was clear; many people were eager to sample the classic flavors that have made In-N-Out a California staple since its founding in 1948. The pop-up served popular dishes like Animal Style fries and the Double-Double burger.
