Realtor.com Launches New Campaign With Reba McEntire With a Focus on the New American Homeowner Experience

Realtor.com has launched a new campaign featuring country music star turned sitcom legend Reba McEntire, focused on the new American homeowner experience.
Per a press release announcement, helping Americans choose a place to call home is a brand-new profession that McEntire brings her characteristic spark to.
The adored figure — described as the new face of Realtor.com — is featured in a sitcom-style ad that combines humor, heart, and Southern charm to make the home-buying process feel a bit more joyful and much more human.
With achievements in various fields, such as music, television, literature, and theater, 70-year-old McEntire brings these skills to the table and more as the hero of a new sitcom-themed advertising campaign called “Nearly Home.”
On the set of this campaign, the well-known singer told Realtor.com that she doesn’t take the part lightly and feels it’s a perfect fit.
Buying a house “is not only a serious subject, but it’s also something that is very near and dear to our heart,” she said. “People are putting up their hard-earned money, their savings, and they want to find the right place.”
She continued: “[Things like] the backyard, the front yard, the closeness of a school or a church of their choice, all of those things come into play. And if one is not there, it’s like a little piece missing from the puzzle of the pie.”
Realtor.com Isn’t the Only Company Enlisting Country Music Stars
Realtor.com isn’t the only company relying on country music to sell its wares. Dollar General customers can’t get enough of the recently released Dolly Parton collection.
At $10 and under, Parton’s selection is ideal for necessities or a lovely pick-me-up. Consumers can affordably accessorize their homes with some of the country music singer’s most well-liked accessories.
The company is the exclusive owner of Parton’s most recent home collection. The new goods followed the line’s first Dollar General release in July 2024.
The new kitchen and housewares collection includes table linens, drinkware, coffee bar supplies, and home décor.
Items from the ornamental range are available in wood, pastel blue, pink, white, and gold. Customers can browse the collection for $10 or less at any of Dollar General’s more than 20,000 outlets across the United States.
