WinCo Foods opens DC in Texas

Winco Foods has opened an 800,000-square-foot distribution center (DC) in Denton, TX. The facility, which cost $135 million to build, will supply WinCo stores in Oklahoma and Texas. The chain, which currently operates nine stores in the Lone Star State, has four stores being developed in Oklahoma. Eventually, WinCo expects the DC to supply up to 30 stores in the two states.
